Payment is due after the service is completed, and you are satisfied with the work. We take cash, checks, and e-transfers.
We always walk around the property with the homeowner and ensure that they are 100% satisfied with our work before we leave, and we never request payment before the job is done.
Even though we do this, we always offer our additional 110% guarantee – tell us what is wrong and we will fix it. If we can’t make it right, then we will refund you all of your money plus 10% extra!
Generally you do not have to do anything to prepare for our services but if you have any items sitting on window sills that you’re able to move aside before we come that is certainly appreciated.
Also, if you choose exterior window cleaning only, please make sure that all screens are taken off from the windows before we arrive!
Yes, we have $2M commercial general liability insurance, and all of our workers are covered by the WCB as well.
Yes, we have a $125 minimum for residential jobs.
Yes. We have a $50 cancellation fee if we are not notified more than 24 hours before your appointment. We work hard to always show up for our appointments and get to our jobs right when we say we will. We greatly appreciate when our customers respect our time as well.
We serve the Edmonton, Beaumont, Sherwood Park, and Saint Albert. If you are outside of this radius, please contact us anyways, though be aware that we will likely charge a transportation fee to get to your property.
We do not offer any discounts for those situations but we do offer frequency discounts for window cleaning. The discounts depend on how often the service is done: monthly, bi-monthly (every two months) and quarterly (every three months).
We bid each job individually rather than strictly by the pane. This is because many other factors can affect our cleaning such as recessed windows, high windows, extra dirty windows etc.
We do wipe down and lightly dust each screen with the standard exterior window cleaning service. However, a thorough cleaning with soap and water is available for an additional charge.
