Why can I only get an estimate for window cleaning?

While we do offer gutter cleaning and house washing as other services, we do not offer instant estimates for these services at this time. Please use the contact form to send us pictures of your property and we can give you accurate estimates for your property for any service.

How accurate is the estimate creator?

Even though this calculator assumes that all of the information you have entered in is correct, we realize that you may have forgotten to count a window or two. If that is the case, we are happy to adjust the estimate when we get there but before we begin the work. We will not begin work until both parties have agreed to the updated price – nobody likes to see unexpected charges.

What other factors might affect the price?

Factors such as extra ladderwork, heavy soiling, mineral deposits, weak or fragile landscaping, interior access, previously damaged or worn out screens or gutters, or anything else that we are unable to factor into this sight-unseen bid which might affect the price will have to be taken into account, if need be, at the time of service but before the service commences.

I submitted an estimate. What now?

Once you have submitted your online estimate, you will receive a copy of the estimate at the email address you provided. A team member from Precision Exterior Cleaning will be in contact soon to confirm your booking and any other details, using the phone number you have provided.

I got quoted a different number on the phone or in person than the estimator shows. How can this be?

We have tried to make the online estimator as accurate as possible. However, an in-person visit or sending pictures of your property remains the most accurate way to quote. This is because when we are in-person, we are able to take into account points of access, recessed windows, level of grime/dirt buildups, and other factors that the online estimator simply cannot account for.

Do I need to enter any payment information to use the estimator?

No. We do not collect any credit or payment information from you. Payment is only made after the job is done and you are satisfied with our service. We accept cash, checks, and Interac E-transfers.
